 Begrudgingly  I hate to admit this, really hate to admit this, but the Bush Admin did something really good last week. They extended the African Growth and Opportunity Act until 2015. There had been fear he would not renew this key Clinton trade legislation to promote investment in Africa. I am also pretty pleased to see the US talking so tough to the Sudan all of a sudden.
