so, recently, i've started buying cds again. Maybe the thrill of being able to download any record you want is starting to wear off a little bit with me? or maybe it's because i recently had to re-install my OS and i accidentally blew away all my ftp bookmarks... grrrr... anyways, this is what i've purchased lately, and this is what i'm currently listening to...

Music in Vancouver?

Another parochial post...Props to The Blinding Light for a dope avant-psych show last night. The headliner was Sinoia Caves, which is the solo joint for Jeremy from Pipedream. (two readymade members are Pipedream allumni) Also, Outhern Acific played a really stirring set -- not to be confused with Southpacific. No website for either outfit, but we'll see about getting a Sinoia mp3 up here soon.
As for us, we were drunk and acted like goons, sitting up in the rafters.
